| Broker/Owner, Claire Schwartz, a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, REALTOR®-GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) with a background in Marketing and Business Management for over 20 years is a hard worker and driven. For Claire, “FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION”. From 1983 Claire successfully owned and operated her own businesses in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C. and Maryland. In 1990, she relocated to Florida and established her business in Real Estate Marketing and Property Management specializing in residential new construction, property management and investor relations. Her clients in seven Central Florida Counties have included builders, developers, and private and/or portfolio investors. Claire currently serves as Legislative Chair for the Orlando/Central Florida Chapter of NARPM® (National Association of Residential Property Managers). NARPM® is the nation's only professional organization dedicated exclusively to enhancing the professionalism and ethics of the residential property management industry. Recently, Claire was awarded the designation of RMP® (Residential Management Professional). This designation requires many years of experience, hours of education and service to the industry and is an indication of commitment beyond expectation and willingness to strive to the next level of professionalism. |
